SALES MANAGER

The Argen Corporation, located in beautiful Sorrento Valley in San Diego, CA, is the world leader in dental alloy manufacturing.  We have an opportunity for an experienced, highly motivated individual who will report directly to and work closely with our Sr. Vice President of Domestic Sales.
 
Key responsibilities include account management, supervision of assigned sales reps and telemarketers, accounting reports and related assignments while demonstrating initiative, good judgment and exceptional business skills and knowledge.
 
Requires 10 to 15 years of verifiable management experience combined with sales experience in a structured organization that has reached the growth or maturity stages of business development with:
· Demonstrated success meeting department and company goals
· Excellent teamwork skills
· Proven ability to manage and direct subordinates
· Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
· In-depth experience designing, using and analyzing reports
 
Four year degree preferred with MBA or related advanced education a plus.  An equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered.
