Job Description Roaming Site Manager Reporting to the Region Manager, Client Services, The Roaming Site Manager serves as a substitute site manager for existing accounts and an interim site manager for new client sites during the start-up phase of asset management programs. Provide a seamless on-site asset management program resource for the client, providing management, administrative support and technical guidance to meet the objectives of the ThermoFisher Asset Management Services program. The position will be responsible for achieving high customer satisfaction, account growth, and ensuring account profitability. The Roaming Site Manager is responsible for all aspects of account service during the absences of assigned site managers and for developing and maintaining positive and professional working relationships with assigned site managers, clients, service vendors and Thermo Fisher staff. The Roaming Site Manager: interacts on a regular basis with client personnel regarding program operation, goals and successes, and instills customer confidence in our program and personnel; The Roaming Site Manager is responsible for service event management during the absences of assigned site managers and for accurate data input to Resource Center database. The Roaming Site manager proactively seek and identify program expansion opportunities, continuously seek opportunities to expand working knowledge of instrumentation/equipment base and clients operating environment and promote client education of asset management programs. Minimum requirements include a BS / BA degree or equivalent; industry experience in one or more of the following areas: Life Sciences, Healthcare or related fields including both experience at setting goals and monitoring performance to goals as well as experience in achieving customer satisfaction and growing existing customer base. Preferred experience includes field service experience (technical) or strong service knowledge. 70% travel and occasional weekends required. Education: AssociateJob Level: Experienced
