Return Materials Coordinator

The RMR Coordinator Assistant will routinely perform a variety of planning and control tasks for Return Materials in support of a manufacturing area.

Essential Duties:
· Coordinate the manufacturing activities for Return Materials.
· Work with internal personnel in purchasing, production, quality and engineering to solve problems and maintain parts flow in the production area.
· Request and deliver parts/components to the production floor.
· Maintain accountability of product movement and status.
· Disposition non-conforming material.
· Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:
· Knowledge of time phase analysis and MRP (Material Requirements Planning )systems is mandatory.
· excellent computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook) required.
· Good math skills.
· Capable of working within tight schedules and handling multiple tasks.
· Able to lift 25 lbs.

Desired Skills:
· Ability to work independently.
· Ability to set and achieve goals.
· Team Player and ability to prioritize work.

Education/Experience
· Associates Degree or some college preferred in a related disipline.
· 5-7 years minimum experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in a production/materials planning or a similar is preferred.
