Explain product features and benefits to customers.

Ensure that every customer receives the highest level of customer service.

Motivate the sales team to reach and exceed individual and team sales goals.

Take pride and responsibility for overall sales and financial performance of the store.

Inspire others with enthusiasm and positive energy and set a comfortable environment for customers and store associates.
