Primary Purpose:  Identify areas for continued product enhancements, new product possibilities, improvement in customer productivity, and quality control.

 

Functions and Responsibilities:

-         Management coordination & completion of projects

-         Develop database for research, materials, and pricing comparisons

-         Develop & maintain company’s competitive position & profitability through formulating research & development programs

-         Precise & detailed weekly/monthly reports

-         Detailed records of testing & validation processes

-         Additional duties as assigned

 

Preferred Qualifications:

-         Motivated, self starter with well developed organizational skills

-         Deadline oriented

-         Good interpersonal skills

-         Basic knowledge of construction involving cement and aggregate materials

-         Geological knowledge

-         Engineering degree favorable

 

Working Conditions:

-         Occasional travel

-         Some outside work in extreme weather conditions

-         Strength & ability to lift & maneuver heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
