Regional Sales Representative - Midwest

Top line growth is gained by achieving the sales plan, growing existing accounts and developing new business. This person manages the business within a region and utilizes consultative selling as means to understand customer requirements and provide solutions. This is a field-based position requiring frequent travel (4 days a week).The main responsibilities of the Regional Sales Representative will be the following: drive growth and value by identifying opportunities across:- Products' development and technology- New distribution's channels- New markets and alliances develop Reflexite's market share by selling new and currents products attend trade shows and build a sales network within target industries Establish and execute overall business plans which effectively grow the business of Reflexite Americas Work with our OEM distributors to grow their businesses by expanding their use of Reflexite products develop key industry areas : Road Building and Maintenance facilities / Utilities (Electric, Phone, Cable, etc) / Airports / Police,Fire and EMS Departments / Transit Authorities / OEM Partners / Industry Trade Shows / Industry Committee Participation / Key End User Specification Work / ContractorsWho we're looking forWe would like the Regional Sales Representative to have: Bachelor's degree in Business or Technical field A minimum of 5 years sales experience Primary experience should be in sales of a product with a technical value-added component. Experience in selling to OEM's, distributors, wholesalers and most importantly End users. Experience in writing end-user specifications, influencing sales through end-user specification and partnerships. Proven sales excellence - must be an acknowledged high performer in his/her current business. Experience in consultative selling, developing growth plans with key accounts. Experience in any of Reflexite current markets is a plus. Fluency in English. Spanish language skills are a plus. Travel approx 4 days a week across territory / remainder in home office.
