RSMs are responsible for achieving their annual revenue goals for their region by building and managing teams of sales employees. RSMs are also responsible for taking on projects that will improve sales results nationally.

We are seeking a driven, consultative Regional Sales Manager to manage a sales team as well as prospects and customers. Candidates should be assertive, resilient and results focused with a proven track record of accomplishment in prospecting, relationship development and new business generation. Candidates should have a minimum of 10-15 years of industrial products field sales experience required. Mininum of 5 years of sales management experience required. Experience with welding and distributors a plus.

1st year compensation falls within the range of $110K-130K (base and incentive).  We offer excellent benefits, strong 401K plan, RELOCATION and a phenomenal car allowance program!
