Location: TXYour location:home   »  find a job   »  advanced search   »  job description Apply Online Send this Job to a Friend We have been retained by a leading producer of industrial coatings, to recruit their Regional Marketing Manager (North and South America).  This position will be located in Houston, TX.  With a truly worldwide client base, our client is a leader in the production and sales of high quality coatings within the heavy duty industry, marine, container, yacht, and decorative segment.   The Manager will be tasked with optimizing the profitability of the region through overall and segment marketing plans, product management, efficient market intelligence and PR management.  The RMM will report directly to the Americas President and have a team of 4 direct reports to fully help with Product and Marketing Communication. Position Definition: Develop and implement overall and segment marketing strategy based on solid market knowledge and understanding and Group positioning in group segments. Ensure access to and distribution of relevant and up-to-date market intelligence pertinent to internal customers in a cost efficient manner. Develop a regional product strategy; ensuring maximum profitability through active product changes, customization of new production development and introduction and proper positioning of the assortment. Manage and develop internal product review to continuously improve the internal business management process. Plan and implement efficient segment activities to promote company.
