Are you looking to excel in a client driven company as a Recruiter? SMX Staffing, a leading provider of
staffing solutions for fortune 500 companies, seeks a Seasonal Recruiter to work at our busy
warehouse/distribution facility in Sterling, VA. For this position, you must have excellent communication,
administrative and organization skills in order to be successful.

In this position, you will work for SMX Staffing and will be part of our office staff. As a Seasonal Recruiter,
most of your time will be interacting, contacting, interviewing and placing qualified employees to work for our
warehouse/distribution facility. We will provide all the necessary training and tools in order for you to become
a successful recruiter.Additional Responsibilities of the Recruiter

Have strong Organizational and Communication skills to file and update system
Be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
Have strong customer service skills
Process interviews and placing advertisements, conducting Orientations, submitting background
checks and drug tests
Create new employee file and manage their paperwork
Identify resolution to issues and take actions and able to work in a fast paced environment
Analyze reports on weekly basis to identify recruitment needs
Meet with the Senior Account Manager and with the client to understand and analyze the
recruitment forecast.
Process daily and weekly reports of all recruitment efforts


The schedule for this position is Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00m, but you must be flexible to meet all
recruitment needs. We are offering $12.50 per hour.RequirementsMinimum of High School/GED
Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in HR or Recruitment is highly desirable, but not required
Minimum of 1 year of high volume Recruitment experience
Recruitment experience in a warehouse/distribution or manufacturing/production environment is a
plus Excellent attention to detail
Computer Skills (MS Office, Excel, PPT and Word)
Strong Customer Service and Client Relations
Eager and able to learn in a fast paced environment
