With U.S. headquarters in Newnan, GA, Grenzebach Corporation is currently searching for an experienced Receptionist / Sales Assistant to join our successful team in our new Gladstone, Oregon sales office.

 

Primary job responsibilities: Answer / screen telephone calls and appropriately document all messagesTransfer calls to appropriate party if necessaryWelcome / screen on-site visitors and announce visitors to appropriate personnelCoordinate internal and off-site meeting logistics (e.g. facilities, audio-visual requirements and food services)Assist with travel arrangementsType, edit and proofread correspondence (e.g. memos, emails, letters, proposals, responses to requests and inquiries)Perform general office duties (e.g. ordering supplies and maintaining records management systems)Assist in development and distribution of sales promotional materialOther assigned duties as required



Qualifications:Several years of work experience in a professional office environment (front desk, administration)Organized and able to handle a variety of tasks with little supervisionOutgoing, friendly and professional personality Good computer skills (MS Office and Publisher)German language skills are a plus
