RMA Coordinator
Bachelor or Associate degree required. 3 to 5 years experience in RMA logistics, freight, and customer service. Knowledge of PeopleSoft a plus. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Must be self starter, detail oriented and dependable Inventory Control experience required Excellent Ms Excel and PowerPoint Job requirements: Managing and handling RMA orders which includes but not limit to: Entering and creating RMA orders in PeopleSoft Addressing RMA customer issues Supporting the Sales organization Managing service inventory, performing and monitoring transactions, creating reports, managing backlog report. Addressing XML system issues Review budget expenditure and keeping track of budget
