RF Production Test Engineer
We are currently seeking an RF PRODUCTION TEST ENGINEER.
Primary responsibility will be troubleshooting and repair of customer returned products (RMA) and providing detailed analysis reports
Familiarity with RF power amplifiers to 2000 MHz range with an output power of 50 to 200 Watts is a requirement.
Must have the ability to troubleshoot down to the component level.
This position will work with Engineering to resolve unit problems relative to specification and work with Test and Manufacturing Engineers to resolve Build/Test issues.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Excellent understanding of electronics and test equipment, basic knowledge of RF circuit design, layout and debug skills at the component level, experienced using oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, network analyzers, and signal generators is mandatory! Candidate must demonstrate excellent soldering skills, be proficient with mathematical calculations, and be well organized, methodical, and detail oriented.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor level degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Technology, or related field.
At least five years experience in RF manufacturing/test engineering.
