Responsibilities Include:
• Proficient in all aspects of Radio Frequency network infrastructure
• Ability to meet goals and deadlines with a strong work ethic
• Experience with CAD software platforms
• Radio tower grounding and Ham radio experience a plus
• Strong customer interaction skills
• Product specification and documentation
• Specification research, material selection, RF surge circuit design, performance testing, documentation preparation, value engineering and product introduction to other parts of the organization.
• Requires ability to utilize engineering software such as Pspice, Mmicad, AutoCad, etc.
• RF design with experience in RL, IL, and PIM in both transmission and filter systems and understanding of both filter and voltage dependent Transient Voltage techniques is highly desirable. 
• Must be personable, enjoy working with and meeting people, possess strong telephone and computer skills.
