Quality Manager / Quality Leader

Leading international company with plants in Europe, Australia, and North America is seeking a dynamic leader in the area of Quality. The Quality Manager we are looking for is a role up your sleeves and get the job done type of individual. Will have a staff of 5 direct reports in a manufacturing plant with 300+ employees. Will have full responsibility for the quality systems and methodology throughout the plant.

Responsibilities:
Improve quality systems by reducing inspection and implementing preventive quality measuresImplement statistical problem solving tools throughout the plantSuggestions for best manufacturing practicesResponsible for Quality systems; ISO9000Assist plant in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous ImprovementResponsible for Six Sigma
Qualifications:
BS degree highly preferred, however Associates will be considered with appropriate experience7+ years in Quality with at least 2 years of Quality Management experience (senior QE will be considered with 10+ years experience and some supervisory experience)
Quality systems experience working with/implementing ISO9000Strong problem solving skills and knowledge of Six Sigma methodologyExcellent communication skills.
