Victaulic's 80 year history has been marked by strong business growth, the addition of new facilities, investment in training and technology, new product development and an expanding workforce.The OpportunityVictaulic currently has an opening for a Quality Engineer at its Leland, NC facility. Responsibilities include: 1. Act as a technical resource for inspectors. 2. Assist in assuring all new products are thoroughly tested prior to full scale production. 3. Audit vendor operations and review process procedures to verify source capability. 4. Assure current technology is being used on all inspections, testing, gauges, etc. 5. Assist in maintaining the Quality System at Leland facility. 6. Capable of performing ISO and internal quality audits. 7. Write and maintain Quality procedures for products in Leland facility. 8. Assist in statistical based testing. 9. Assist in problem solving issues and warranty complaints, using QWG (Quality Work Group) process as applicable. 10. Working with Production and Engineering personnel to reduce process variation while improving quality and capability.
