This individual must be capable of analyzing process data to determine how to improve process yields and communicate this analysis to lead process improvement projects. Fujitsu practices 6-Sigma/Lean Manufacturing and Toyota Production System methods for continuous improvement. Experience with circuit board assembly and SMT soldering is a plus.Requirements:Bachelors degree with field of study in EE/ME/IE 5 years experience that should include Quality Engineering with process improvement background in electronic assembly 6Sigma or CQE preferred Skills and abilities with Quality Concepts, Problem Solving methods, Database Programming, good written/verbal communication.
