Job Description:

 

As Quality Design Engineer you will work through tech packs from initial spec through graded spec for production.  The candidate must posses strong communication skills and be very organized and meticulous as well as computer literate.  Interpret concepts and usher product through its development lifecycle with a focus on product enhancement, new product development, manufacturing efficiency, and quality consistency.  Ensure the timely resolution of all quality design issues pertaining to the development, construction and manufacturing of products. 

Requirements:

Planning/Organizing-Prioritizes and plans work activities and follows up accordingly; multi-tasks to manage multiple responsibilities. Quality-Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness. Quantity-Meets productivity standards 4 year College Degree-Mechanical Engineering Degree preferred Minimum 3 years experience in Technical Design, Product Development and/or QC The ability to cope with the pressure of deadlines Positive attitude
