Due to unprecedented growth, there is an opportunity for a Quality Coordinator / Engineer at Western Operations in Dixon, California.  Provide support in inspection, parts identification, warranty claims and rework.





Quality CoordinatorAble to handle multiple tasks with varying deadlines and changing priorities in a dynamic environment!Serve as the interface between Final Assembly and the Service Center.Develop work instructions.Provide training in quality processes.Conduct inspections.Plan and conduct Continuous Improvement events.Analyze Quality metrics for trends and recommend improvement opportunities.Assist with the assembly of trucks, as needed.

QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or Technical field is required, and it is open to new grads. Able to work at heights. Proficient in the use of personal computers and associated software.Flexibility to work irregular schedule.

This is for the individual with a capacity as a self-starter with ability to work under only a moderate level of supervision. Effectively interact with other associates, departments, operations, distributors, vendors, customers, etc.  Analytical, verbal and written skills are in demand with basic understanding of business principles and practice.  Be a confident, dynamic, and successful part of the team!
