Quality Control Technician - (Auditor)

Responsible for performing required quality testing, documentation and analyzing data to ensure product is in complete compliance with customers specifications. Must have excellent people skills to be able to work with and train production associates AND put non-conforming product on hold. Most new hires will be assigned to night shift after being trained on days for a period of time - TBD. These are 12 hour shifts - Monday, Thursday, Friday one week and Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday the next. This is a salary non-exempt position with a full benefits package available from first day of employment.* Must have a strong math aptitude and pass a test* Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English* Must be able to read and interpret customer and testing specifications* Must be detail oriented* Must have excellent computer and analytical skills* Must have a minimum of a high school education (diploma or GED) - Associates Degree preferred* Previous Customer Service experience helpful* Must be able to function in both a team environment and be able to work independently
