Quality Assurance Inspector

Rapidly growing manufacturer of silicone components for the medical device industry is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Inspector at their Plymouth facility.  This person will work with team members in the QA department to assure compliance.

Position Summary Microscopic and Dimensional Inspection of Silicone components, metal inserts, and assemblies. In process audits of product and documentation. Maintain QA and manufacturing records as required. Research, develop, and document, measurement techniques and inspection criteria.

 

 

Required Industry Experience    Quality and/or Medical Device Manufacturing background

    Knowledge of ISO 13485

    Blueprint reading

    Cleanroom experience

    Knowledge/training of comparator

    Essential Job Functions Good dexterity of both hands Good corrected vision Ability to reach and lift. Ability to sit for extended periods.
