QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

 

An ISO-9001 and 13485 certified manufacturer of precision-machined parts and assemblies for the medical and related industries has a need to bring quality program to next level. The ideal candidate will have responsibilities in the following areas:

 

 

v     Managing total quality programs (Including ISO), policies, and initiatives.

 

v     Identifying, analyzing and developing improvements in quality, client relationships, and customer service.

 

v     Use Root Cause Analysis 8-D, manage and coordinate training associated with quality control processes to manufacturing personnel.

 

v     Develop, Train, and Support direct reports including on-going feedback, regular evaluations, development planning and training

 

This position will report to the President.

 

BS or equivalent 5+ years related experience in manufacturing. ASQ Certified preferred.
