QC Receiving Inspector

JWC Environmental, a highly successful privately held company founded in 1973 is a dynamic industry leader in the manufacture and distribution of technologically advanced wastewater processing equipment.  We are currently seeking a first shift QC Receiving Inspector for our manufacturing facility in Santa Ana, California.

 

This position will:Perform receiving inspection of mechanical components such as discharge chutes, screen segments, weldments, drum screens, & shafts.  Light inspection using hand tools such as calipers, tape measures, centers, surface plate, & indicators.Post results of inspections to the daily inspection log.Create ‘Non Conforming Material Reports’ (NCMR) for discrepant conditions found to exist in part inspections.Assist in internal quality system audits, as required.

 

To qualify for this position you will:Possess three years experience in receiving inspection of mechanical components.Be proficient in the use of small measuring hand tools.Have a high school diploma/GED. Possess basic mathematics skills.Possess a strong work ethic and good interpersonal skills.
