QC Incoming Supervisor

Consider joining our Quality Assurance team!. You will supervise Quality Control functions including MRB, Incoming Inspection, First Articles, and Calibration to ensure that all incoming materials and products are made according to company quality and ISO standards.  You’ll oversee all aspects of non-conforming material, including supplier feedback, supplier audits, and MRB reports.Responsibilities to include developing and implementing an effective MRB program with well understood metrics for internal customers and external suppliers, and a calibration program to ensure conformity of calibrated tools.  You will also directly supervise employees in the Quality Control Department.   Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2+ years experience in receiving inspection/manufacturing or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have 2+ years supervisory experience. Must possess strong working knowledge of quality control and incoming inspection procedures.  Strong working knowledge of failure analysis methodologies required.  Must have experience working successfully with vendors and suppliers.
