Purchasing Planning

First, you will utilize your keen logic, computer savvy, step by step methodology, exceptional planning, and honed organizational skills to design the archetype and create the blueprint.  This includes controlling and tracking purchasing, shipping/receiving, inventory planning/forecasting, and warehouse/facilities management.  You will create vendor specifications and purchase agreements and then help vendors “stick to them”.  We will count on you to make sure that we are doing the right things, the right ways in terms of our supply chain.  When things aren’t the way they should be, we will look to you to help define, test, and document the solutions.

Next, you will leverage your level and unrelenting determination to recruit and train vendors to help deliver the best quality and lowest cost products and services to our customers and dealers around the world.  On time, every time, exactly as promised will be your standard.

Finally, you will fully engage your natural talent combined with your consistent and measured (empirical) approach to help us become the number one provider of our products on the globe.

This position requires absolutely superior planning, follow through, computer, and organizational skills. It is definitely a strategic and tactical opportunity, so you must not be afraid to “get your hands dirty”.

A Bachelor’s of Science Degree and minimum two year history of demonstrated achievement in industrial purchasing/inventory planning is required.  An advanced engineering or process excellence background is helpful.   Outstanding skills in MS Office applications (Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Web-based applications) and MRP/ERP are essential.

Our company rewards its “early stage” contributors with fair base compensation and the opportunity to build personal wealth through achievement.

If this seems like just the right mix of challenge and opportunity and you possess the required skills and background, we would love to hear from you.  Please submit your resume’, qualifications, and personal statement (telling us about yourself) to hrteam@email.com .  We look forward to hearing from you!
