Yoh Engineering has a direct hire opening for a Power Plant Maintenance Project Manager to work with an established European commercial boiler systems manufacturer in Plano, TX.Job Description: • Ensure successes of all the maintenance contracts in the region relative to key performance indicators. • Manage all the maintenance technicians at various sites. • Develop preventative maintenance schedules. • Optimize maintenance process. • Identify and resolve root causes, reduce spare parts usage. • Manage inventory level to reduce cost but ensure parts availability. • Resolve any product and customer issues. • Coordinate and conduct  quarterly review meeting with customers for contract performance. • Coordinate activities between plant sites and Atlanta office. • Develop and communicate key daily performance reports to the plant management team. • 40-60% expected travel requirement, mostly in Texas.Qualifications: • Candidate should have strong technical aptitude and organizational skills with previous experience in project management or maintenance.  • Candidate must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision and direction. • Successful candidate will act as project manager handling maintenance contracts. • Minimal 5 years experience in project management or power plant maintenance supervision. • A Mechanical Engineering degree is a plus.
