Provide primary project management and coordination of program assignment(s). Develop and maintain plans for execution of assigned projects with emphasis on financial, schedule and performance. Provide support to the project teams in the form of management, coordination, leadership review and approval of project particulars and goals to successfully complete the projects. Manages changes in scope to include schedule and financial impacts. May hire, evaluate, discharge, counsel temporary staff retailed for project duration. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Management; or equivalent 8 years related professional experience with an additional 7 years related experience in management, projects or engineering. If non-degreed, required experience would include 5+ years at manager level with experience in negotiation skills, budget aptitude, and scheduling techniques.
