Description:Eaton Corporation located in Warrendale, PA has an immediate opening for a Project Engineer. The Project Engineer will be responsible for the design and production of custom control panels and devices for Low and Medium Voltage Aftermarket applications. Duties will include: - Analyzing application specifications and system definitions. - Determining design parameters - Working with Sales to provide job quotations- Electrical design and co-ordination for system and sub-system integration - The estimating and scheduling of engineering tasks, including the coordination the of the mechanical design - Component and vendor selection - Purchase specifications - Manufacturing, test and customer documentation - Adherence to all industry standards including ANSI, IEC, and UL - Technical and project support.- Requires a BA in Engineering in any Engineering concentration- 3-5 years experience in motor controls and/or other control circuits- Experience working with PLCs and/or controls systems related to electrical distributions systems is a plus. - Must be able to manage projects to completion while meeting deadlines and cost objectives with little or no supervision.
