Drawing upon the global expertise and local knowledge of 17,000 employees in more than 80 locations, we safely and reliably execute projects worldwide. Project Controls Manager- Houston, TX- 19720 Summary/Responsibilities:This candidate will lead and direct all of the planning & scheduling and cost analysis activities for a construction project.  Identifies problems and coordinates with the project team to correct.  Ensures work is being coordinated between the engineering and construction disciplines, project management, fabrication and construction personnel to meet project requirements. Ensures effective communications and effective management of change. Maintains and promotes a focus on my client’s end product whether fabrication or construction.
