Program/Events Coordinator

Events/Program Coordinator
PRIMARY DUTIES
Coordinates dealer training meetings and conferences as well as communicate requirements. Plans and coordinates meeting venues, meals, speakers, logistics, materials, and equipment for meetings/conferences. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors. Coordinate with vendors any changes or revisions to meet meeting objectives.
Administer sales and service agreements as well as other legal documentation pertaining to dealers.
Maintain dealer records and ensure dealer database is up to date.
Process requests to access E-Learning database; maintain E-Learning database, training enrollments, reports, and distribute certificates.
Field basic level calls regarding E-Learning database questions.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
2-5 years experience required. Experience working with Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. Associates degree preferred.
