Production Test Technician

Calibrate systems in production and prepare them for Q.C Troubleshoot and repair microprocessor controlled boards to component level. Test and repair systems to board level. Identify problems and notify appropriate personnel. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies. 

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
