Air System Components, Inc. is a leading supplier of HVAC components used for commercial comfort systems. We are a limited partnership of a 4 billion-dollar New York Stock Exchange company. We currently have an opening for a Production Supervisor. The Plant is located in Tarboro, North Carolina.
Production Supervisor
This position requires strong experience in an electro-mechanical, lean manufacturing environment with at least 3 years supervisory experience. Candidate must have an associates degree or equivalent and ability to excel in a fast paced environment. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Responsibilities will include the following:
· Work on 2nd shift
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four year university or equivalent work experience.
· Developing a strong manufacturing team
· Ensure compliance with ISO 9000
· Meet daily and weekly productivity objectives
· Meeting on time shipping requirements
· Develop strong safety controls
· Excellent communication skills required
· Self starter with strong managerial techniques.
· Strong safety background is essential.
