PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR   

One of the top companies in the Delaware area is in need of a Production Supervisor with at least 4 years of experience. This position will be responsible for scheduling production runs, reducing scrap, helping to implement process improvements, and managing union employees in a heavy industrial environment.   Qualifications include 4+ years of production supervisory experience in an industrial environment. Background working with furnaces or ovens is a plus.
