Specific responsibilities will include supervising and evaluating hourly employees; ensuring compliance with quality, safety and production standards; and reporting downtime, scrap production and machine quality.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field and 3-5 years of experience. Additional experience may substitute for degree. Excellent written/verbal communication skills, basic algebra and geometry knowledge and good problem-solving skills are required..
