Responsible for release of all product specifications for Emergency Commuications, product development leadership, vendor liasion, document management and tech support.Â Manages prodcut development lifecycle, strategic assessment, rollout and upgrades, oversee curriculum development and product training for our customer base.Â Researches and evaluates new technology that my impact growth and strategic direction.Â Developes support procedures and internal technical service level agreements.Â Oversee pre and post sales engineering and tech support.Â Occasional travel to trade shows, vendor partners and site installations.

Has an understanding of TCP/IP, routing and switching protocols, LANS, VLANs and WANs.Â Cisco certified.
