Stiles Machinery Inc., the leader in the industrial woodworking industry and headquartered in Grand Rapids Michigan is seeking a Product Manager in our CNC Router group for our Shop Solutions Division.

The individual selected for this position will be responsible for integrating various segments of our business related to CNC Routers into a strategically focused plan that targets customer sales and customer support. In conjunction with our sales team, the Product Manager is responsible for world class customer satisfaction while achieving market leadership in the industry.

Qualified Candidates will possess:

Experience developing and executing annual business plans that align strategically with divisional business plans.
Coordinate pricing, purchasing and inventory of equipment.
Possess and/or development of expert knowledge of Stiles equipment and competitive products, pricing and sales strategies
Act as vendor liaison for product development, technical updates, market conditions and vendor relations
Outstanding presentation, verbal, and follow-up skills
Travel as necessary to accommodate business

It Is Desirable for the Candidates to Have:

Technical proficiency, specifically with CNC Routers
Woodworking industry experience
Strong business acumen
College Degree
Abilty / Skills in Selling capital equipment
