As a member of the Product Development Group you are to use the principles of engineering, science, and mathematics to:

Â

1Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Design products that meet marketing and technical requirements in the most cost effective manner.

Â

2Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Experienced with Standard Building Construction techniques and products including experience in building construction.Â Experienced with ASCE 7-05 wind, snow and seismic loadings.

Â

3Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Advise others as in-house Structural Engineering expert and support with necessary calculations.

Â

4Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Test and evaluate components and systems to ensure that they meet their design requirements.Â Document results for internal and external purposes.

Â

5Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Source new technology, vendors, and processes.

Skills/Educational Requirements

Â

MS:Â ME, CE, ArchE or other as needed, or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years experience in Building and Construction Industry

Experienced with various kinds of roofing and roofing attachments

Demonstrated Project Management skills
