Product Development Engineer-Paper Packaging
My client has a long history in the packaging industry and is a leading innovator in their field. With a dedicated R & D department, my client is committed to new product development and is a patent leader in their industry. They are currently seeking a Product Development Engineer based out of Omaha, Nebraska.
The successful candidate will have 3 or more years of solid experience in paper packaging (multi-wall bag is ideal) as a Product Development Engineer. An engineering degree (Chemical, Mechanical, etc.) is required. Furthermore, an understating of testing protocol and methodology will be needed. Specifically, you will work with customers to create new / revised packaging solutions. Therefore, candidates will need to be excellent communicators that present well. Some travel will be involved. This position has management potential.
