Severstal Warren, Inc. is an integrated flat-rolled steel producer located in Warren, Ohio. Applicants are being sought for a Principal Project Engineer Primary in our Engineering Department.

EDUCATION: Bachelorâ€™s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a four-year college or university

EXPERIENCE: Three to five years related experience and/or training. A P.E. certification is desired but not required.

DUTIES: Manage capital projects.

Recommend long term and short term repairs to keep facilities in operation.

Provide Engineering and recommendations to support operating department goals and objectives.

Advise estimated costs and schedules for various capital and non-routine maintenance projects.

Prepare material and construction specifications.

Procure and expedite materials; inspect and determine acceptability.

Manage and coordinate construction phases of a project.

Supervise outside engineering services.
