Pricing/Inventory Manager - UG

Position Objective:
Ensure that Bucyrus underground customer service pricing and inventory is in line with group-wide strategies and targets to achieve optimum sales retention, inventory turns and EBITDA profit.

Job Functions:

1. Provision of monthly pricing and inventory analysis and ongoing adjustment increasing EBITDA in the short term.
2. aintain world-wide pricing segmentation and administration of bi-annual pricing adjustment process including SAP interface.
3. In close cooperation with the markets, development and implementation of worldwide pricing processes and associated key performance indicator systems including provision of pricing guidelines.
4. Implementation of full transparency for global spare parts inventory, improved forecasting, deliveries, turn over rates and logistics.
5. Creation and implementation of standard worldwide repair and service exchange processes.
6. In close cooperation with the regions, development and implementation of customer documentation standards and packaging / branding standards.
7. Developing a culture of pricing excellence via on site facilitation of best-practice and know-how sharing.
8. Performs other duties and assumes accountabilities as apparent or as delegated, including mutually agreed upon objectives.

Education and Experience:
Degree in Statistics or business related field with 3 - 5 years of experience in similar field. Demonstrated ability in complex environment. SAP experience an advantage.

Special Position Requirements:
Requirement to travel international each quarter.
