President

Unarco Industries, Inc with manufacturing facilities in Tulsa, OK (where position is located), Danville, VA, and offices in Wagoner, OK has need for a President with full P&L responsibility for this business segment in a heavy metal forming industry.  Unarco is one of the Retail Services Companies of the Marmon Group that is owned by Berkshire Hathaway.  The position reports to a regional Marmon President. In tandem with his direct supervisor, responsibility includes strategic development of product lines and mixes.  A solid track record in lean manufacturing concepts implementation and other business simplification techniques.  Business unit(s) have approximately 500 employees with the majority at the Tulsa, OK facility.  The ideal candidate will be a person who has a proven track record of "ringing the cash register" and thrives in a situation where independency as the "go to" person is paramount.  Strong leadership skills and the ability to bring out the best in others.  Strong understanding and application of financials in order to "manage to the numbers" is likewise critical.  A Technical Undergraduate degree from an accredited four year university is required with an MBA in financial management a decided plus. Requires 15% national and international travel.
