Plastic Injection Mold Set-Up Technician

Responsible for set ups, start ups and pulling molds as required based upon production schedule. Must be able to diagnose and correct problems in set up of molds, presses, or other equipment and ready molds for production.  As needed, assistance required in the set up and maintenance of auxiliary equipment such as cooling fixtures, insert loaders/removers, deburring/deflashing tools, grinders and material or color feeders.

First 2 months of training on first shift 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and second shift hours thereafter 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
