Plant Office Coordinator / SUPL2707
Position Description:
The Supply Operations Denver Bread Plant located in the Denver, Colorado has an opening for a Plant Office Coordinator.Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Prioritize and organize work to meet daily deadlines.Sarbanes Oxley compliance.Prepare unemployment, state disability, and workers’ compensation forms.Track plant timecard and absenteeism programs.Track departmental accruals and contractual pay increases for unionized employees.Respond to and direct incoming phone calls to meet the customers’ needs.Handle all functions pertaining to plant payroll.Handle all payroll accruals, informational changes, staff needs pertaining to payroll or employees.Compile and post reports for management.Other duties as assigned by management.Qualifications:High school diploma or G.E.D. with some college preferred.2 plus years payroll experience.1-2 years accounts payable experience.1-2 years vendor and customer relations experience.Familiarity with Workers’ Compensation (incident tracking, OSHA 300, sick pay).Familiar with leave of absence programs.Excellent interpersonal skills in working and communicating with “floor” employees.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounts payable programs.Able to use a 10-key calculator by touch.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Excellent customer service skills.Detailed oriented with ability to work as a team player and prioritize workload to complete tasks on time.Must possess a high degree of integrity and have the ability to maintain confidentiality.
