Position Description:

The Supply Operations Bellevue Beverage Plant, located in Bellevue, Washington, has an opening for a Plant Office Assistant. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Dependable and reliable• Cross-train and complete accounts payable tasks.• Cross-train and complete employee payroll processes (T&A).• Cross-train and complete shipping and distribution tasks such as COM, invoicing, etc.• Input and process information into Adage system.• Compile and post reports for management.• Assist with general office duties (telephones, visitors, etc.).• Assist with coverage of other clerk responsibilities as needed during vacations and holidays.• Ability to work off shifts and weekends.• All duties and responsibilities assigned as needed.Qualifications: • High school diploma or G.E.D.• 1-2 years experience preferably in accounting or business.• 1-2 years data entry and computing.• MS Systems, Word, Excel, Outlook, Access• Able to use a ten key by touch.• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers• Ability to perform transactions utilizing Safeway applications.• Excellent customer service skills.• Good analytical and problem solving skills.• Strong oral and written communication skills.• Flexible with the ability to work as a team player.• Ability to prioritize workload to complete tasks timely and accurate.
