Plant Manager - Light Industrial Assembly
We are seeking an outstanding Plant Manager for a progressive, very success Light Industrial Assembly facility. The ideal candidate has experience in leading assembly operations, strategic lean experience, and a BS in engineering technology, mechanical engineering, or related fields. Our client is a progressive, growing company in custom assembly work. Key Responsibilities for this Position: Provides leadership to 2-shift operation, about 150 employees. 6 day operations. Interest in mentoring and coaching is critical. Lean projects and other adaptability BS in engineering technology, mechanical engineering, or related fields. Requirements: 1. Manufacturing Leadership experience with custom assembly, sheet metal, foam, wood assembly or similar2. Lean project results, lean education3.
