Our client a leading global manufacturer is seeking a Plant Maintenance / Facilities Manager to join their team. This multi-faceted position is a golden opportunity to utilize your prior experience in electrical and mechanical machine repair, preventive maintenance, and HVAC with boiler license and certification. Responsibilities:
· Direct and plan activities related to plant facilities regarding mechanical and electrical maintenance of machinery and the safety and reliability of boiler and chiller operations.
· Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for the seamless operation of equipment in the plant.
· Ensure equipment efficiency, operating procedures and physical equipment inspections to meet with the EPA and OSHA safety regulations.
· Oversee and supervise staff members engaged in plant maintenance.
Requirements:
· Prior management experience in mechanical and electrical machine repair.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Effective communication skills and leadership ability to motivate and inspire a team.
· Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems and processes.
· Great initiative and willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
· Computer skills including MS Office.
· Certified Boiler license operator a plus.
