Personal/Administrative Assistant (Bi-lingual Chinese)

We are currently seeking a Personal/Administrative Assistant who is bilingual to assist our high energy, successful business owner.  Quarterly travel to China is required.

Responsibilities:Assist the owner in the management of his schedule by keeping him prepared and organized. Respond to requests/needs (via phone, emails or in person) on behalf of the owner. Travel quarterly with the owner to China. Arrange travel arrangements. Maintain contact database. Handle a wide variety of complex and confidential situations.

Qualifications:Bilingual Chinese is a MUST! Ability to travel on a quarterly basis to China for 2-3 weeks at a time. Excellent work ethic. Highly organized. Excellent time management skills. Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook). Business professional able to interact with all levels of the company and outside vendors while representing the owner in all matters. Ability to work in a fast paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
