Payroll Specialist

Innovative Stone, a global provider of natural stone to the commercial and residential markets, is seeking a Payroll Specialist for its Long Island headquarters to handle payroll processing.



Responsibilities: Processing Payroll for approximately 500+ employees using ADP for a multi state manufacturer.Compile payroll data such as garnishments, vacation time, insurance and 401k deductions.Conduct Verifications of Employment.Maintain employee files.Conduct New Hire Orientation.Assist as needed with general HR duties.

Qualifications and Requirements

· Strong knowledge of ADP PCPW for Windows, EZ Labor Manager software, ADP Report Smith, ADP HR System.

· Experience in a manufacturing multi-state environment.

· Solid understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws.

· Proficiency in Excel and Word.

· A Bachelor’s or Associates degree required.

· 2-3 years of payroll experience and 1 year of HR administrative experience.

· Strong attention to detail.
