Payroll Administrator

Our client is a highly regarded $10Billion company with operations around the world.  Reporting to the Manager of Compensation and Payroll at the US Headquarters, this critical position will be responsible for processing biweekly and monthly payroll for 1,000 U.S. employees, including imputing data, wire transfers, payroll reconciliation, tax issues and reporting.  This position will manage the ADP payroll system, answer employee questions, prepare accounting journal entries and analyze payroll accounts for the monthly and year end close.  The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of payroll experience that includes familiarity with ADP.  A college degree is required with CPP certification a plus.  We are looking for a strong team player who will take ownership of the function and initiate projects to improve policies and procedures.  Accounting knowledge, attention to detail and good organizational skills are very important.  This is a great opportunity to join a strong team and work in a rewarding environment.  Salary $55-60K plus outstanding benefits and significant opportunities for professional development.  Hanna Associates is a retained executive search firm working on an exclusive basis for this client.  For confidential consideration, please forward your resume to SharonL@HannaAssociates.com
