Parts Sales Development Program Associate (PSDP) The Parts Sales Development Associate (PSDP) position is a managerial training program within the Parts Group. The PSDP Will allow each associate to have a thorough understanding of International's infrastructure, values, policies and procedures that will strengthen each associate's skills set upon placement of the Sales Position. The first year of the program allows a comprehensive understanding of the Parts Organization through rotations in Marketing, Business Teams, Dealership and Distribution. Each rotation involves an overview of that business unit's functions, provides challenging assignments and projects that are designed to help develop the required skills needed to advance within the Parts Group. The second year provides the associate the chance to exercise their knowledge base during one-on-one sales training with experienced sales professionals. As a PSDP participant, you will have opportunities to gain valuable knowledge and skills that will help excel your future, creating a competitive advantage for yourself and International. An executive leader will also be there to serve as a mentor and provide long-term career guidance to you during your rotation and throughout your career at International.   Responsibilities: - Interact with Parts Group, Customers and Suppliers at all levels - Lead projects in support of cross-functional product development - Research and implement projects in line with Parts strategic initiatives - Provide superior customer service to International's dealers and customers through key marketing programs. Bachelor's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in progress Commitment to four (4) years (2 years in the program plus 2 years in initial Parts Sales position)  Ability to initially travel while first year of the program up to 25%, 50-75% during the second year, and after rotation travel will increase to 50-70%  Be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis (U.S. Citizenship and Permanent Resident status required.)
