Carrier Sales and Distribution Mid-Atlantic is looking for a motivated, results oriented individual to oversee 8 Totaline Parts Stores in our Northern Tier Markets. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Managing Area Store Operations - Promoting area sales of replacement components and aftermarket products to our Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors. Works in the market to establish Totaline as a HVAC wholesaler.- Additional responsibilities will include: training and development in retail store management, customer service, sales performance, cost controls, inventory control, business strategy, new business development, staff development and performance management, asset management, marketing strategy and HVAC technical support College degree preferred. - Ability to work well in a fast paced store environment - 10+ years HVAC industry experience (HVAC experience required) - Excellent customer service and PC skills - Proven leadership and coaching abilities United Technologies Corporation is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
